Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Contact us via email at orders@2eloquenthands.com within 14 days after delivery of your order, to receive a return shipping label.
After we verify "proof of purchase" and the requested items for return are from one of our approved collections, we will then send an email containing a shipping return label. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
Approved Collections For Returns
- Books (not including eBooks)
- Crystal Therapy & Jewelry
- Incense Burners
- Incense Smudges
- Resins
- Waist Beads
Next, head to your local or nearest post office and find the corresponding Priority Mail shipping box for your return label. (Please pay close attention to the mailing size on your return label, to select the correct box). You may have to pay for the difference in price for the wrong size box and cause a delay for your return.
Refunds
Once we receive your item(s), we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item(s) and upon close inspection, we will approve your refund. Refunds will apply to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment) within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please note that due to the nature of some products, not all items qualify for returns.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Two Eloquent Hands is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that you put the correct shipping address at the time of ordering and contact us immediately if you notice a mistake. Refunds will not be approved for orders verified as delivered.
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered to the address provided to us, we are no longer responsible.
