We are a small business of 1 with a few contracted employees to assist when demand is overwhelmingly high. We currently utilize USPS Ground Advantage, 3-Day Priority Mail and 2-Day Priority Express Mail. Shipping times may vary depending on your geographical location and in inclement weather conditions.

Orders typically ship within 1-3 days of purchase. Please keep in mind that most of our products are Hand-made and Made-to-Order. After your order is received, please allow up to 24 hours for your payment to be verified and processed.

Once payment is verified, we will begin to prepare your order for shipping and a separate email will be provided with your tracking information for your convenience. This email indicates that your shipping label has been generated, not that the order has been shipped. You will receive email notifications regarding shipment updates after a carrier has picked up your order from our warehouse. Be sure to download the USPS app to check for tracking updates and more.
